All Okay Objects pieces are handmade and one of a kind. Because of the nature of handmade work, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.

A few things to know:

  • Slight variations in glaze, color, and texture are natural and expected — they're part of what makes each piece unique

  • We're not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier, but we'll do our best to help track it down

  • Once an order is placed, we're unable to make changes or cancellations
